Inspired by the age-old tradition of planetariums, the Planétarium automaton showcases the Sun and some of the planets of the solar system. Each heavenly body moves according to its actual rotation time, while the Moon orbits the Earth. When the animation begins, a precious shooting star leads the planets in a celestial ballet accompanied by a crystalline melody, before indicating the time.
